How long is the program?
The Fundraising Operating System is a 12-month training program.
How much time should I expect to commit each week?
It depends on part-time or full-time fundraising. Participants typically commit 1-3 hours per week to engage with training modules, group and 1:1 sessions, and implementation tasks. The program is designed to be flexible around your schedule.
Is Fund OS customized to our specific type of nonprofit?
Yes. While the core training applies to all nonprofits, we help you tailor your fundraising systems to fit your mission, team size, donor base, and cause through 1:1 and strategic planning sessions.
Can more than one person from our organization participate?
